Aims and Objectives


In every year it has been a very arduous task for students who want to get admitted to colleges after passing higher secondary examination. Students have to run after the colleges of their choice individually and have to meet the deadline in a narrow timezone during the period. It is felt that an on line system can be developed to ease the pressure on the newly passed students seeking to begin an academic carrier. The existing process is very much time consuming and tedious particularly for the students and their guardian. Colleges are also facing tremendous pressure during this period. All the normal academic activities get stopped. College authorities have to depute sufficient number of staff to distribute and collect admission forms. Sometimes long queue of students creates law and order problem for the college authorities.


Taking the advantage of modern technology, particularly computerisation and the information technology the whole process is being converted into a student-friendly as well as cost effective system.


Therefore, to minimize the problem a centralized application submission system has been developed so that students can apply for any stream in any college only by way of on line system. In this process a particular student will not have to visit a single college other than the college where he or she has been selected for admission.


For the session 2009-10 the project has been started only for Vidyasagar College, Kolkata.


IN 2010-2011 we got 100 % success of this system for Vidyasagar collge,kolkata and Jadavpur university,fine arts.

In Vidyasagar,college third assembly notice has been published and in fine arts of Jadavpur University merit list has been published and now admission is going on.


From today(July 12th 2010) online application started at JADAVPUR UNIVERSITY, Faculty of Science for M.Sc. (Day/Evening).

You can get feedback certificate obtained from Vidyasagar college and that from Jadavpur University Arts department.

Very soon we will publish the feedback certificate from Jadavpur Univerity M.Sc.
